Randomness from Last Week

Things have been busy around here, and I have a lot to blog about... eventually.  In the meantime, I thought I would give you a little peek at what we have been up to around here last week!

Easter basket season has started!

It was just too cold out there!  Normally I dye reed in the sunroom, but I wimped out and did it on my kitchen floor this time.
My son wrapped up his first Jr. High wrestling season.  This is a terrible picture from across the gym using zoom and flash on my upside down camera. But, the cradle to pin was wonderful!

Oh, how happy this one makes me... my husband finished the kitchen walls!  Well, actually, they need a little caulk and paint, but I am not painting until it is warm enough to open windows.

On Friday, that huge snowstorm began to move through the Northeast. We only got about a half inch of snow. It was pretty, though! Especially from inside where it is warm! :)

And, as the storm moved in, our cow began to show early signs of labor!  On that note, I will keep you in suspense until tomorrow! :)

What have you been up to lately?

I love seeing you in the process of making baskets! I once saw reed on CL and thought of you and your basket making endeavors. I can't even imagine attempting to do something like that.

I know nothing about wrestling, but I'm glad ds did well.

I didn't know you were expecting a calf?!?!?!?! Awe, I can't wait to find out more...I"m sure the kids will be excited to hear about it too.

Hope you're having a great week.

Lindsay, I just think it's the most amazing thing how you form those baskets. Seriously. And they are absolutely cheerful and beautiful. You talented lady.

It has been so good to catch up on your blog today - you often would cross my mind and I would wonder how you were all doing.

We'll stay in touch - thinking of you today!
